The PRONTO LIFE (Low-Income Fare Eligible) Program offers reduced fares for eligible MTS and North County Transit - San Diego Railroad low-income riders. The program is available to individuals actively enrolled in CalFresh, Medi-Cal, or CalWORKs who are not already participating in another reduced-fare program.
