On Nov. 7, the Department of Health Care Services will begin mailing a general information notice and frequently asked questions (FAQ) document to Medi-Cal members who have unsatisfactory immigration status or an unverified immigration status, and to certain non-immigrant visa holders who are active on full-scope Medi-Cal. Members will receive the general information notice and FAQ in their preferred language and in an alternative format (if applicable).
