Community Health Group, founded in 1982 by a federal qualified health center, is the only San Diego-based, not-for-profit managed care plan serving California Medi-Cal beneficiaries. Today, they serve nearly 380,000 members throughout San Diego County. 

Since its inception in 1987, Hooper, Lundy & Bookman’s primary focus has been to guide and support health care providers and suppliers in its shared mission to create and maintain a viable and effective health care system.
