Attracting and retaining talented employees is a challenge at any time, and the disruption of the pandemic underscores the importance of staying up to date on compensation and human resources trends. To assist hospitals in making informed and strategic hiring decisions, HASD&IC members are asked to enroll in Salarity’s 2022 Allied for Health (AFH) Survey Program by April 1.
The AFH survey program offers the most comprehensive compensation and other key human resources benchmark survey reports in California. With over 350 participating hospitals across the state, the AFH survey program features the following reports:
- Executive compensation
- Management compensation
- Non-management compensation
- Employee benefits
- Labor union penetration
- Hot jobs compensation
- Health care workforce
Timely program enrollment allows staff to set up each participant’s 2022 access to the password-protected area of the site and confirm participant contact information. The survey calendar is available online.
Participating hospitals are eligible to access the reports at no charge, except for the Hot Jobs Survey. Non-participant hospitals that wish to access the final reports will be assessed a fee. If your hospital has not participated in the past, act now to take advantage of this member benefit.
The AFH survey program includes HASD&IC, CHA, the Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC), and Hospital Council – Northern & Central California.
